BTL = SPL

Q = SQ, LOUD

SSD = Budget Street Beater, SPL but with copper coil, sounds better

X = SQL, but on a much lesser scale. lol

it just is... jk, dont know...

but i bet 4 15" SSDs would still beat...

the SSD and the Q are almost IDENTICAL subwoofers... the Q has a little bit more throw and a little bit better power handling...

flatwind handles more power, and the copper is more sensitive(or more...forget the word) but is makes the sub sound better:-)

hey tremor, they are not the same. lol

the SSD could have a diff coil(there are certainl options for them). could have a diff suspension. and the slugs are a little smaller on the motor, AND the vented pole piece is a little larger than the Q. lol

you can give the Q up to 1500 (i would only go up to 1500) bu have heard of some people doin 2k to them. how many batts depends on how big of an alt you got to support the batts

With a 200a alt, you should be able to run a 2500wrms amp with no problems, but you should get a good battery.
