I just had a custom enclosure built for my two RE SX12's. It was supposed to be tuned to 35hz with a 4.75" wide port, but the dumb*ss guy that built my box messed it up even though I gave him all the sizes of 3/4" mdf that needed to be cut out. Instead of a 4.75" wide port he made it 4" wide, which made my box tuned to 32hz instead of 35hz. Below is a pic of my enclosure.
What can I do to the box to tune it back up to 35hz? Can I cut a couple inches off that port piece? Instead of taking out the whole port piece and moving it over 3/4".
