Amp Problems

I've got a 600w 1/2 channel Hifonics Zeus amp and I'm having trouble getting one of the channels and the bass control remote that you can mount in the car to work. One channel works fine but the other one isn't working at all...any suggestions?

Maybe the phone cord is bad.

Yeah it's still under warranty but now I have to spend $45 to send it back to them for shipping and processing fees so they can send me a new amp...

I paid $170 for it but I fussed at them for sending me a bad amp and they're gonna have UPS pick it up...lol

i'd only look hifonics class D line for the budget and their high end stuff...
