My 2002 Altima with factory stereo (not Bose) has stopped working. The tuner still selects stations, displays the time, changes tracks on a CD, but no sound.
Well only a slight thump when I first start the car.
Does the base system come with an amp (I didnt think so)? Where is it?
It stopped working while I had it at the shop getting new tires ! No one would go to the trouble of stealing a factory amp, would they?
So I want to find it so I can see about replacing it.
