Is this head unit from japan worth the money or not. I think it looks sweet as hell and plays minidisc....even thought i dont have minidisc, but the features are sweet.

thats what i was thinkin, and the guy says they can order those whenever, so i will def be getting one here soon!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPEEEEEEEE

the only downfall is the low volt preouts, but thats what a linedriver is for right!!!!!

Lol, I guess it is double din now that I think of it, but I put a dash kit in. The stock radio was single DIN though.

BTW Mick, you have 6.5" components in the front of your car. They fit in the door without any modification?

I had a single din with a seperate single din cd player in my dash when I got it.

I have the 6.5" Polk DB Comps, they fit in but I think in your doors you'll have the plastic backplates behind your stock speakers.. my car never came with them. The previous owner drilled holes for some pioneer 6.5" speakers and I replaced them with Infinity.. then Polk.

If 6.5" won't fit in your doors, in those plastic brackets, you can get the 6.5" metra kit for your doors.
