Silver Member Username: Tdawg30Ohio USA Post Number: 317 Registered: Jun-06 | well i assume the voice coils on the subwoofers are being read as a 2ohm load which would be each subwoofer is a 4ohm single voice coil or 2ohm dual voice coil. however if the terminal is reading a 2 ohm load then you need an amp that does 600 watts rms at 2ohms. How much do you have to spend on an amp???? |

Youd be safe with an 800rms amp, as the amp will not just give out 800rms when turned on, that is the amount of watts that the amp can give when turned up (alot) under normal circmstances so when your music is loud that amp should give out at LEAST 800rms and not fall below it, given your charging system can withstand it.... (as far as I know this is mostly true) |
