Wiring up speakers..

so wiring my front door speakers into my amp do i wanna run a whole new wire... alot thicker than the stock.. a whole new thicker speaker wire from the speakers to the amp or should i just use the stock wiring.. is it worth it to change it out??

you have to run new wire when using an amp you should be fine with 18guage but i use 12 becasue i got it cheap

alright thanks...its just the biggest pain running new wire through the door panals..i put neons in my speakers and i had to snake it through..took forever..

you do not run to each door, just run the wires from amp to behind the radio and then tie them into the factory wires.(providing car has no factory amp)

But the factory wire is rediculously thin wire...doesn't matter?

people say it does, but Stinger makes a speed wire for 4 channel amps and it is 9 wires inside a cover. and most shops when they wire in a 4 channel use the factory unless they have to completely bypass a factory amp.
