Yea lol, well I went to my shop today and found out the T30001BD cant be special ordered... So I have to go with the T40001BD, the SX is out of the question. Any suggestions that can take that power...

Hey let me know of this sounds like good pricing for what i got quoted today...

RF T40001BD (sub amp) - 1400
RF T3002 (component amp) - 240
RF T162s (speakers) - 190
RF 3sixty.2 (equal.) - 370
+ tax
= $2400

Sounds good or no?

If u have the power than the "BTL" is for you. Go here " www.ficaraudio.com ". Check this site out also... " www.stevemeadedesigns.com ". Look for the (4) btl 18's video. These are the high xmax versions and yes they are taking 4000 watts rms daily! If u like lots a power get the full cooling, high xmax coil, and the third magnet slug. he he he ENJOY!

thier arguement will be the "no warranty".......

who has ever used a warranty....if you are on this site and have, you aren't reading enough. lol

Reason for no warranty... you don't need one. try blowing one of these! I think the BTL will pound you into the pavement and kill you before you kill IT! lol ( I'm proud to say that i'm an FI fanatic! ) I've had experience with these subs... NO JOKE. ( On a personal level I will reveal some things after db drag world finals... ) Muddy u r the man! DIYers rule!

its not that, that is my argument muddy so i can sway people to get an HD, its just alot of people abuse subs, clipping, wrong box, etc. and for someone who doesnt know how to do it "right" a sub with out a warranty is probably not the best choice

i don't think i'd ever get a cmpx2 after seeing how easy they blow.. i saw two 12 bunning off two strapped bp 1200.1s (modded) blow the foam surrounds... he continually has this problem and is going to compression ring them.. prolly going to blow the spiders after that but ill agree with muddy.. i still love RE .. my next choice would be Fi only if i had the money to get new subs.. but 1 DVC 1ohm BTL would have my name on it if i had the money :-)
