DAMN.LOL i think solos are better..but idk which would be louder.i put four cvr against them some people said cvr some said l7s

ya that trunk is big as a motha!!!! i used to have 2 type-rs in a decent size box and i still had room to have the subs back from the wall and fit 2 hockey bags and 4 sticks in there with room to spair

no comps yet maybe when i got more money but ill be getting yellow tops (one in front and one in back0 and a 250A alt...i would love to do comps but i wanna wait till i can do sumthin huge like maybee a wall with 4 18"s maybee Soundstream xxx or those apoxx but im pretty sure i wont have that kinda $$$$ till some time after college then i might think about it

yeah..there louder then my L7's...and sound 30 times better...Best bang for ur buck out of any sub..period...anybody that says otherwise is lying

I wouldn't say best quality lol. I know people with the cmpx2s who have nothing but problems.. hes running 1600rms to each and keeps blowing the surrounds. The tech said the softparts of that sub can't actually hold that rms.. the spider either tears, the tinsel leads come apart, or the surrounds blow.. when they made one part stronger the other one let go.. All in all they are a good sub but just don't push them too far. Now the very newest models I do not know how they are.. have not seen if the new ones are built any better.. There are more efficient subs..
