Friday, September 15, 2006 - 00:31 GMT It all depends how long and how loud you plan on playing your music or tones...more batteries just means longer play time. The batteries are basically reserves until you use them up and then you are relying on your alternator.

Friday, September 15, 2006 - 01:41 GMT Y get a red and yellow in the back, unless your using the red for starting. If ur keeping ur existing battery too id just use 2 yellows.

Friday, September 15, 2006 - 01:47 GMT I was going to use one extra battery. Would this work or will it be too much strain on the batt?

Friday, September 15, 2006 - 03:13 GMT The only issue I see is that the two 2500's at times will over power the 300 alt so you will need a couple of extra batts just to back up the alt. Honestly I would try to get another alt under the hood, custom job maybe? Polo..
