find an authorized online dealer and buy it all, you save over in store and still get the full warranty. if you don't want the warranty buy them from the cheapest online stores you can find them at.

Kicker doesn't make head units. But go to
sonicelectronix and try to get every thing there.

it'll be loud but thats about it. kickers' not known for good sound quality, especially the square subs. the l5 and l7's also tend to tear alot, due to the increased stress points.

get the cvx if you have to go kicker. they play almost as loud as the l7 but sound alot better.

i've heard pairs of tsx, ssi, and one single ssx. all sounded amazing, loved them all especially the ssx which is one of my possible future subs. never heard them side by side, but i'd guess to say the cvx will play louder than the tsx, be on par with the ssi, and be blown away by the ssx. but all the treo will have better sq than the kicker imo. also, this all depends on the install.

but yeah, i'd take any treo over kicker anyday. the only kicker sub worth buying is the cvx imo.

the front stage is the most important. no use getting subs and not be able to hear any words. all you really need is a nice set of comps. and an amp for them and leave the rear speakers stock, or at most replace them with a decent set and run them off the hu. and is 300-400 for just the subs or subs/amp?

If you want to save money get the CDT's ctmike recommended.. or go get a set of polk db6500, I stand behind them 100% because I have set and I love them.. extremely clear and you can get a set online for about 120 + shipping
