Nope, but it is pretty obvious what to expect from it.

Basically with all the options added onto it, it is somewhat like an old RE MT.

Scott (Owner of FI), and also founder along with Dave of RE Audio, designs decent stuff. Yeah, there are better SPL subs for the money, but overall it should be a decent product. You won't get crap, that is for sure.

but that 160 db's at 20hz it talks about, well that is a load of shi*.

I may be doing a review on the BTL 15 w/ dvc .7ohm coils in the near future. One will most likly find its home along side my 20.1 at .35ohm :-)

I emailed Scott and talked to him about the BTL...looks promising. From what I understand it is similar to the MT and compeditors are getting VERY similar results w/ them.

I spend a lot of time on termlab, and over there plenty of people have compared the DMX to the MT. In terms of output they are neck and neck. It is really a toss up to which one will get better. But for the money most people will agree the DMX is a better subs. The MT's were great when you could get them in the $400-500 range, but now that prices are way up, it just isn't worth it.

And after looking over the specs on the BTL that were available, it sounds like it isn't quite at the level that the MT was at. I am sure it will still get loud, but once you add upgrades and do all that, it still most likely won't have the output that the MT's had.

That is just why I think the DMX is a better SPL sub for the money.
