never bought one before but figured it's about time i get one. so does this look like it's worth it, or if anyone else has one which ones are a good one to look for.

doesnt look bad i got mine form homedepot and its a little nicer then that one but it was like $20 compared to that 7$ one

btw that dmm in the link kinda look cheap. invest a little more and get something better.

thats a cheap one and not a Tru RMS meter either i don't think. my meter cost around $250 i think, lol. its a Fluke and its great :-)

next on my list of new toys is an oscilloscope. found a couple hand held ones, but no clue on whether they are good or not. also want a nice Clamp meter.

chad fluke is a brand of meter's i have there top of the line clamp on meter costed around 300 i believe i got it for free from one of my electrical jobs

o i c charlie. it sounded funny. lol.

i am with brandon. i think oscilloscope would be nice to have. also RTA would be nice to have. along with tl mic. then i will be all set.
