i believe so . although it might depend on the state but before u do it i would go to the place were you go to get your car inspected and see what they say

i think there is a law in FL that says you can't block the view out of you Rearview mirror in a passenger vehicle. i am not sure though.

i dont know about that muddy iv never heard that. i dont really think that is true because you can tint your back window to 5% or just white it out like on some vans and stuff. or like if your towing a boat trailer and the boat blocks your rear veiw. although i could be wrong that law would just seem unpractical but then again this is florida ;)

no i mean on passenger vehicles...not commercial and industrial. i have seen work vans w/o back windows, i am talking about like cars you buy to drive everyday...hondas toyotas chevys. lol
even if you are towing a boat, you can still see soemwhat out of the rear window.

like i said. i am not positive, just something i heard, it is very possible that i am full of Upload. ROFL

it is legal. i did it and i have no problem with it. an off duty cop saw my setup and he didn't say anything.
