What would happen if someone were to hook up 4 RE MT 18"s to 4 Rockford Fosgate T40001Bd's. And if they had the electrical system to fully power it...?

if the electrical system is ready for those subs then it should be fine... But seriously i don't know if the car is gonna be ok hehe...

I think it depends on what kind of box you put'm in. ;) Just two of those RE MT 18's in a superior box, would get louder than 4 in a mediocre enclosure.
