New member Username: Moondogg1212Post Number: 1 Registered: Aug-06 | just wondering if anyone had an opinion on this, (1)Alpine CDA-9851 head unit (2)Audiobahn AW1000V 10" subs (1)Alpine MRD-M1005 amp (1)Alpine MRV-F345 amp (2)Alpine Type-R 6.5" Speakers(not component) (1)2 Farad Cap (1)Soundstream Powerplant This is going in a regular cab sonoma, so i dont have a lot of room for subs is why i was going witht he audiobahns. any opinions would be greatly appreciated. |

Alpine amps aren't the best, but they are ok. why not go with components?? no need for a cap, charging system upgrades?? don't know much on Soundstream stuff. why so much Alpine?? what kind of room do you have to play with?? |

Good speakers, though why not get components? Ditch the cap, it really isn't necessary unless you like the eye candy effect it has. The powerplant is really just an overpriced distribution block. It's interesting that it shows the current of the system, but not needed. |

Post Number: 2106 Registered: Dec-05 | your alpine is a 2 ohm stable amp... 2 ohm DVC subs can be wired at 2 ohms... read www.the12volt.com hit the link woofer wiring. another thing is that kicker is way better than audiobahn so try getting 2 CVRs dual 2 ohm |
