Ok so ive bought my 2nd box for my kiler l71s. The first time i bought a box the subs didnt fit in all the way so i had to sand the box until they fit. The second box also doesnt fit the subs. Are the subs supose to rest on top of the box or are tehy supose to fit in completly. Please help this is driving me crazy and the fact that the box cam cracked doesnt help either.

well they aren't supposed to be flush, just pop the sub in the opening and screw them in. hope that helps, i don't really understand the question. do you mean that you think the sub should just slide in the opening and just stay there, flush with the box? have you ever seen a sub inside a box?

When i put the sub in theres like a whole inch where the sub isnt in. Ive had an MTX audio and Kenwood enclosure and the subs fit all teh way in. but these kickers are like resting on the box.
