try 4.25cuft tuned to 35hz.

sub firing up, port back.

if it will fit...build the box 33.5"x18"x18" w/ a 16.5"x3.25" port 23" deep.

that will give you ~4cuft...not 4.25cuft, but it would be a good box.

marshall's idea is very cool. not to mention rovin's idea too.

i've seen people with subs firing up and ports firing back in a suv and they sound nice.

I've seen best gains for SUVs with the subs firing up and port to the back. The two latest installs I've heard like this were two RE XXX 12"s and 2 SI MAG 12"s.. Both systems were hitting high 149s

that would be a perfect fit...mount the sub firing up w/ the port back on the drivers side.

i would do 2 6inch aeroport for that box. sub on top with 2 6 inch aero in the back. the ports would have to be kinda long so i would have them stick out a little.

yes...when you open the back of the blazer you will see a port facing you on the drivers side and the sub should be firing up (centered on the box will be ok)
