v1se sucks, its asphault-based. get the RAAMMAT BXT. or Damplifier by Second Skin.

best for your money.^^^

Butyl Mass Layer. eDead v1SE² uses a new butyl core for the highest heat resistance possible.

yea, the edead v1se is some good stuff. i have it all over my car, and has held up through summer :-)

and that site muddy, tests the sound deadeners at like 170-200 degree's. its never gonna get that hot in your car. yes, the second skin and dynamat held up nicely, they are still fckin expensive. IMO

BTW - in that review - he's reviewing the older stuff when eDead v1 and V1SE really were asphalt based.. but they've since changed to the butyl.. would be interested to see those tests done now, how the edead holds up, etc.

fatmats are cool. i bought 50sq for $40 on ebay. they work great. i've also use the edead v1se. the one that smells like asphalt comes off in hot weather but the newer version works great.
