Could i hook up one set of Terminals(One COil) To one channel of the amp Pos-Neg and another set of Terminals (Second Coil) to another channel of the amp?

So if the sub is a DVC 4Ohm if im using 2 channels it would be wired as a 4Ohm load to each channel correct?

I need to know how i could Wire a 4Ohm DVC Sub to a 2 Channel amp that give sout max power at 4Ohm RMS? Would i enter each set of terminals into a channel?

u can do that - just make sure settings on both channels r = so that each coil gets exactly the same treatment ........

So if i had the A8002V amp and needed to run it at 4Ohm to get 800RMS would each channel at 4ohms be pushing about 400RMS PER COIL?

http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=17048

# 200 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms (400 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms)
# 800 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)

according 2 this each coil will be getting 200wrms .......

SHiz NIt thats not good then. Well does it make sence that at 4Ohms X 2 its 200RMS and not 400RMS?

you need a DVC 2ohm sub to wire it to a 4ohm bridged 2ch amp. You will wire both the sub and at the amp in series to create a 4ohm load at both the sub and amp. Or you can just get a DVC 2ohm and wire it to each channel to get the most out of the amp.

You can wire a DVC 4ohm sub to each channel but you won't get as much power out of the amp as the amp only reads it as a 4ohm load per channel.
