New components for 2002 silverado ext. cab

Does any one have any recommendations for the components and 4x6s in my truck? I have looked at BA, Focal. Which ones? What others are out there? Looking to spend about $250-$400 on the components. I also need an amp. I'll eventually add a sub or two under the rear seat, so any recommendations for that too would be great.
