I am planning on installing 2 Pioneer TS-W2504SPL 10" subs in a ported enclosure under the
rear seat of my '01 Dodge Ram quad cab. Can I get some good advice on an amp and the best specs
I will need. I want to use most of these subs
full power. Anyone have expierience with this type of setup? Are they as loud as people claim?
The subs have a nominal rating of 600 watts and a
maximum output of 2500 watts. That has got to bang.

Thanks, Ken

In my dakota I folded the seats up and built just like a normal box and sat it in the back...no one can sit back there but rahter have a system than once in a great while take a 4th person...

I guess I should add that the box I have is custom made to fit under the back seat of my Dodge truck. It is a ported front firing dual 10" box and according to the salesman will be pretty
loud. This audio retailer deals in high-end
products so I'LLtake their word for it. With
that said can you advise a good 1 ohm stable
amp I can use to push these to their full potential.

Kicker KX1200.1, 1ohm stable, great amp! Or if you want to go a little better get a Kicker sx1250.1, even better amp and they are strong enough to run a little lower on ohms if need be. Polo.. :-)
