I just installed my 05V a few weeks ago and 3-4 times so far when I start the van everything looks good but no audio. This happens when playing cd's or FM and both internal amp as well as preamp outputs. The first couple times I thought it was a connection in the cables feeding the brain unit. While shut off I would check them (seem tight) and when I start the van sound is back. Over the past weekend it happened again. This time I had the G510 nav system and it still provided audio to the front speakers. This time, I shut the van off restarted and I had audio back (did not play with any wiring). I know I can take it out and send it in but being intermintant I dought they will find anything. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, do you know what you/they had to do to correct it?
