what 3 speakers? A set of components or coaxial could be wired to the first 2 channels and a subwoofer or dedicated midbass driver would be wired to a bridged 3 and 4th channel. Other than that there isn't much else you can do.

It would be 3 outdoor safe 2 or 3 way speakers. I'd read I could wire the left positive and the right negative and get a center channel, if this would work, would it sound ok. We only have room for the 3 speakers outside. I could add a sub on a different amp. or would i just need a 2 channel amp to do this? the outside speakers I believe are 8 ohm, would this cause a problem with the 4 ohm amp?
Thanks for your help

you run into power distribution problem when wiring 3 speakers series and parallel at the amp. If i am thinking of how you are doing it. LIke I said I would do 4 speaker sets and that would give you a better ohm load and better results.
