I dont want to run at 1 ohm. and if i get something that runs mono at 4 ohms, wont i spend more money than if i get something that runs mono at 2ohms? considering the power i need.

Thank you chauncey for your honesty. But the fact remains i got about $300 to spend. even if the power acoustik did about 1200rms not the rated 1600rms that would still be nice right? i read on wickedcases (I think thats the website) you should run your subs at, atleast 80% of of the rms powerhandling which in this case would be 1200rms. you think it could at least do that?

i still think is a better idea to save money. There's an amp that i know you won't consider, but is pretty good, Lanzar Optidrive 2000d. Is 1/2 stable, you can wire your subs like that.

Yeah i know, Nobody likes lanzar

Chauncey- i saw you post on another thread about an audiobahn amp. If thats the case what about an A16000V?
