But probably towards the end of summer I'll be investing in a motorcycle instead. Question for you guys was, based on the box thats already in my car, what would be a plausible upgrade from Alpine, while keeping the KX1200.1 as the amp in terms of new subwoofers. Just in case something doesn't work out...  |

Basically meaning swapping out these 12s for a pair of better 12s, since R's are pretty baseline (but good choice for a first installer, thx to Rovin/Chad Lee). As for the port I have no idea. The guy installing them said 80, but that seems like its way too high of a number. I'm thinking he might have meant 40. It sounds hella good though |

Lets say if the money being saved from my job doesnt' go towards the motorcycle, then perhaps I'd have 500 to go towards each sub (500 a piece = 1000). I just wanted ideas. I can't actually drive my car right now and I'm pissed about it... such a waste of beautiful sounding music  |
