id tune it to 36 to 38 HZ since type E arnt the loudest that way ud get the loudest out of them if u tune it too low u wont be able to hear them or possibly tune it to 40hz that be pretty loud and a box just a med sized ported box
I would actually put that sub in a sealed box, I have 2 in a sealed and they sound great and i've heard them in a ported one and I personally don't hear a that big of a difference.
