is there a noticable difference between 5.25" infinity components and 6.5" focal components? I have a lincoln so the factory speakers are 6x8's so i can buy an already made adapter plate for 5.25's, but i would have to make an adapter plate for the 6.5's. I was told that i can make this adapter, but im not sure if it is even possible. Is it?
just get a piece of wood to go over the 6x8 hole and cut the size you need in it. I hear infinity is good, but focals are really good. go with what is priced better.
