Need Amp?

They are in a sealed enclosure wired to 4ohm. The wattage total rms for the 2 is 400 to 700w. Got about 400.00 to spend on amp. JBL amps any good? Rockford Fosgate? let me know your thoughts. any help is greatly appreciated. Larry
