My subs worked fine all day then i park the car go into the store come back out and they wont go on. the power on the amp is lit so that means it is grounded and there is power to it and the remote wire is in. what could be the problem? i have 3 JL w0 and an alpine 760 watt amp.

Have you checked the RCA cable?

check your fade and balance buttons on your head unit to. i had the same problem and couldnt figure it out. i redid the wiring and later after scratching my head and having a friend help me troubleshoot found out that the fade button was turned all the way to the left only using the front speakers.

i hope thos are 3 8ohm version WO's any thing less is to small of ohm load on amp. take a test light and make sure power is at the remote wire, then unhook the speakers and try a speaker you know works, if no sound still and all power to amp including remote, then amp could have blown outpuit.
