Alpine type-r 12po, with an alpine 9855 head unit

I want to know what's the best setting for the parametric eq and crossover to enjoy my sound system at max... ps: sorry for my english .. i do my best!

It's 7-band vs. the parametric's 5-band and it's just easier to understand. If you just want to get the sub to max, hit the rotary knob, till you get to the subwoofer page, and turn it to 15.
