What is the best frequency to have my LPF set to , i have heard around 84 hz? And my box is tuned to 35 hz, but my amp's subsonic filter will only let me go up to 30 hz. is the extra 5 hz difference between the box tuning and the subsonic filter going to hurt my sub??

set the low pass around 80Hz.

set the SSF to 30 if thats all it'll go to. the extra 5Hz shouldn't hurt it but you will notice the subs sounding really floppy if you get any low bass around 30-35Hz.

Your box will perform below and above its tune. Set the SSF to 20hz and IMO 80hz is too high for the LPF unless you listen to rock or techno exclusively. JMHO..POlO..

OK thanks guys, i'll set the LPF to about 65-70. I think i can only set the SSF to off, 15, or 30... so i'll leave it at 30.
