Sunday, June 11, 2006 - 17:00 GMT 2 10w7s would be better. they have more cone area, and will be able to get louder. but they wont get as low. it matters what you like better, cause a lot of people dont like 10s

Sunday, June 11, 2006 - 18:22 GMT i would go w/ the 13w7...even though the 2 10w7's have a higher Sd, the 13w7 can displace more air over all. The Vd of the 13w7 is higher than the Vd of 2 10w7's.

Sunday, June 11, 2006 - 18:29 GMT Marshall is right. One would think that two tens would diplace more. But the xmax of the w7's increases with size. the 10 inch has less xmax then the 12 in which has less then the 13in. 10-23mm one way 12-29mm one way 13.5-32mm one way The difference in air displacement between two tens and one 13.5 are not tremendous. But I would go with the 13.5 for the low end.

Sunday, June 11, 2006 - 19:07 GMT we could pick this to death with specs and analysis of t/s parameters.....but they will both sound good.
