The cd player is out of a mustang with the same head unit so I know my head unit will accomodate this. I know one wire goes from the the cd player to the back of the head unit where the jumper is, but the other harness I'm not too sure about. Can this be properly connected with an explorer? My cousin's ex attempted to take the stock stereo out and put a new one in.. he screwed it up, cut tons of wires, now it looks like someone threw up spaghetti in my dash. We want to put the stock stereo back in, but need a wiring schematic. All the wires SEEM like they should work, but we feel like something is missing, but we don't know what. |

The wire colors are: black, dark green, brown, blue/brown or purple stripe, purple, orange/brown or purple stripe, red/white stripe, dark blue/white stripe, blue/orange stripe, brown/light blue stripe, brown/yellow stripe, purple/yellow stripe, and pink.
