ok so iam buildin a new box for the firebird an i can get around 4.5 cuft an its goni 2 b an L shape box an i was goni 2 put the subs right behind the back seat facin up towards the hatch an the port in the bac but the hatch botom is goni 2 cover it there will b liek an inch atlease so it can breath will it b ok an still sound right

no that will not be a good situation relocate the port and give it more room to breathe

better idea subs right behind seat facin up an instead of the port firin up it will fire out the bac an there will b atlease lets say about 3inchs b4 it runs in2 the trunk liner

3.7 cubes tuned @ 32hs or 30hz what u think for 2 10 sx an port will b 6.5 h by 3 inch slot http://i6.tinypic.com/122zz3r.jpg
