OT-how to get this glue of ur car

Gold Member Username: PelonaPerris, California USA Post Number: 1559 Registered: Dec-05 | i just recently put dynamat on my car and it helped the rattling alot but the wing kept on rattling against the trunk because it wusnt sticking on as well. i think it used caulk to stick. well i sprayed on this spray on glue made by elmers and wen it dried the remaining glue that was on the trunk sticked and stayed there. and its all an ugly yellowish brown color and it wont come off. i cant even take it off with my nails. people tell me to scrape it off with a knife but i think this would scratch the paint. does anyone kno how to remove this sh1t?!?!?!? cuz my dad got really mad at me about it and said that the older i get the more pendejo...lol...and i want to remove it before he gets more mad...lol |

Dissolves bubble gum..takes crayons off walls.. They have like 10,000 uses.  Basically a very toxic cleaning agent that early teenagers huff to get a buzz. :-P But seriously... they're good stuff when you use'm for something aside from killing brain cells. |

I have a can of that stuff, GREAT for sniffing but bad for anything else, lol. Here are a few ideas, try using a hot iron with a piece of course fabric. Place the fabric over the glued area (start small) then heat with VERY hot iron, keep going until glue begins to break down and stick to the fabric. Try gently heating it with a heat gun, not a torch and see if it reliquifies then you can gently scrape off with a plastic paint scraper from Home Depot. One other is to ignore your father and tell him to mind his OWN damn business Pinche Puto, lol. If he is anything like my dad do the above two if you do the third you better FCKING run , LMFAO...Polo.  PS- You can try deisel and/or gasoline but try to minimize exposure. |

I wouldn't recommend it, but if you already did it, I hope that didn't muff it up. WD-40 will eat paint. Ronsonol Zippo fluid will not. |
