i think i might use a round port. where in the box would u reccomend placing the round pipe on the box - and what do u place on the pipe to mount it flush on the box?

lol ya and make a whole with like a hammer and screwdriver where ur cuttin so u can fit the jiggi inside. Try to make the hole a lil smaller than what u planned on so the port can fit securely then glue it and caulk it.

o and id recommend u use 4" pvc just to be on the safe side of not getting port noise and then sandpaper the pointy ends B4 u displace tha port.

um ^^^ - the thing with 4" pipe ports it requires ur box be built deep (if u dont want a L shaped pipe port)

so use the calculator on www.the12volt.com 2 be sure u can fit a 4" , 3" is the standard though .

I snug cut the hole & use silicone sealant it mines & it holds securely

btw - i like my tuning around 32-35hz ......

ya i had to make my port like 15.5 inches long with 4" pvc buts its all good it fet. I alwayz had bad luck with 3" no matter wut i did id get port noise, so if u go with 3" good luck. And i honestly think in my opinion 4" pvc rather than 3" pvc hits harder and deeper for my cvr.IMO

"""the thing with 4" pipe ports it requires ur box be built deep (if u dont want a L shaped pipe port)"""

what i should also had added is that with larger sized diameter ports the ports have 2 be longer so u need 2 see it ur box dimentions design/shape can accomodate it .....
