I have a Bazooka Mono-Channel Amplifier (ELA5001) 375-watt
mono-channel amplifier: 375 watts per channel or 750 watts of peak
power.

It is currently on a MTX 6000 12 SVC in a bandpass box. I wanted to know
if this amp is enough to push a jl audio 12W3v4 and if so how should i wire it for best sound. I have heard good
things about jl and wanted to see for myself.

band pass are made to use less power, but you would have enough power, i would get a slot ported box though if your looking for more basy sound, or a sealed bass for a tighter bass....
