ok soo i recently bought 2 alpine type R's and have one kenwood 1000watt amp...i have it bridged out to both...now to my question when i play a song itll have good bass for a lil then sound like it gettin quieter..the subs are dual 4 oams and i was thinkin mabye im overloading the amp wit just one bridged out...any ideas on what it could be....

if your subs are dual 4, and ur bridging them, then make sure that your amp is 1 ohm stable.
If your amp is 1 ohm, stable, then your not overloading it.

And is the amp 1000rms, or max?? and 1 or 2 channel? im not sure what amp your talking about, so post the specs or a link to the amp.

for that amp your best bet would be to wire each sub to 2 ohms on its own channel giving them each supposidly 250w RMS power.

should i buy another of those amps and just bridge them each to a sub or is there any other amps that would sound better for it...im kinda new at all this soo i dont know....
