Super Slap!! I need to make a box

It has a 2250 watts RMS and has a frequency response of 20-700hz. Does anyone know what would be a good frequency to tune the box to. It also recommend a box that is 1.9- 3.75cu ft. Which is the best size. Im trying to get loud and low.
