Posted on Would a 1000 watt rms 15" sub get louder than
2 500 RMS SQL sub's?
I have 2 12" R's 500RMS a piece
I want 1 15" ??? 1000RMS sub
Any suggestions?

Posted on IF they were both the same subs......the 2 12's would get louder.....b/c they have more surface area.
you would need a very powerful 15" sub.
