i want to purchase ifinity subs references but i don't know what size i should get. the 12 is only 10 bucks more. i also want to know what kind of box would sound the best. i listen to all kinds of music, 80s, rock, and some rap. please help me decide

Though I'm sure the 12 will be louder, the Thiel-Small parameters say the 10 will play lower in a much smaller box.

mate i got a 12 inch infinity kappa 120.3se sub and it rocks. hits hard and low and it sounds the dogs. im also running a 12 inch square sub with this to get the really low rumpble that the round infinity doesnt provide. go for a 12 they sound phat

12" Kappa are a different story. 10" Reference are unusually good and the 12"s are a just OK.

has anyone put in subs in a Ford Lightning truck (regular cab)? would like some recommendations on subs and boxes. space is very tight. want something that is clear and tight.
