AVM-P9000R stuck in Demo mode

My Pioneer AVM-P9000R is stuck in demo mode!! I went to two shops and both were not able to get it off demo mode. They even called Pioneer and pioneer were not able to resolve the issue. Please help in all ways you can , I really appreaciate it !
