I made a box for my 15" aa arsenal and there is the slightest bit of port whistle, hardly enough to notice but enough to pi.ss me off what is this caused by/ can it be fixed?
box, 3.75 cubes at 35 HZ

also my amp is running at 2 ohms, and is 1-ohm stable, but its still getting realy hot, could this be a result of a bad ground or is it always just gonna get hot?
amp, Cadence Z7000, 700wrms at 2ohms, 1500wrms at 1...

take a file or sandpaper and smooth out the end of the port. port whistle is cased by air hitting a sharp edge. Like when you blow into a whistle, its just forcing air to hit a strait edge.

round off the ports edges, or increase your port area...
