yea i know... i be a broke mutha fucka..... well any suggestions would work though i guess...

600 WRMS @ 2 Ohms would be cool to though.... but i am worried about power issues there.. last time i ran a 2 Ohm load @around 450Watts and the car was pretty much stalling... i cant afford upgrades to my Alt

but i have a Power acoustick Amp at 460 RMS cause my other amp blew... i got this from a friend... (lol)

i need something... if even a temp... cause this amps LFP HFP switch is busted and i cant use a filter....

Actually there is one better value (I think)

http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=360

This will give you 800W true, so you can even run it with a reserve. 3x30amp fuses - doesn't get any realer than that for 800W:-)

It's never too much:-) 90% of the cases it's just the opposite.
When will people stop being afraid of using bigger amps than driver's rated power??? It's not like you have to get the rated power out of every amp you use, you CAN run it under it's rated power and it will run cooler, cleaner and so on:-)

I'd say get an Audiobahn A8000T for that price. You can get one for about $100 on eBay.

Nevermind, that amp's 800W @ 2 ohm, I thought it was 4.

but if he has a 300rms sub,600rms would already be double. and 800rms would give that sub a beating..lol

i was thinking of the audiobahn a8000T but i am afraid of running it at 2 Ohms because i am not sure if my electrical system will be able to handle it...

James, it all comes down to watts RMS. There is no difference if you are running 1000W at 8ohms or 1000W at 1ohm it's still a 1000W. It's hard on your electrical no matter what.

Yeah if you get the Audiobahn, it will not only power your subs, but will also be able to cook some pancakes on it after about 20 minutes of listening. So it's like 2 in 1 deal:-)

Another plus is - you don't have to travel to a serious car audio dealer, just go to your local Circut City or Kroger:-) those guys carry real stuff like that:-)
