i think i am going to save up for two 12 or 15 inch Crystal Comps, with an orion 2500D (1700 @ 2 ohms) sealed.
1) i will need new components. Do i need Front and Rear or just front? What are good speakers for around 100-150 a pair? Can component speakers be wired @ 2 or 4 ohm?.
2)Do some head units have build in cross overs and subwoofer equalizers? i want zero bass coming from my components and only bass coming from my subs. with the subs and amp i have now will this be possible with the proper head unit? and what about the cross overs that come with compent speakers when i upgrade my subs and compents?
i am very confued about these things, so any input will be very helpfull. thank you.

are these good components? will they keep SQ at high volumes? i was looking for a cheap amp and found the Soundstream XTA180.2 or XTA 360.2. Can compent Speakers be Wired @ 2 or 4 ohm?
