I am going to install the polk sr6500's in the front stage of my scion xb. I was wondering if I should replace the rear speakers as well? I was going to run the polk's with a kicker 550.2 amp. I was wondering if I should get a bigger 4 channel amp and 1 more set of speakers for the rear. How much difference would it make to the driver and passenger up front?
Personally i whould but others may not. Ive always had great results with Rearfill off HU power. Not very noticable for me but noticeable to people in the back. Works out fine this way for me.
Thats what I was thinking. I was going to get a cheaper set of polks for the back and power them off the hu. I didn't want to spend the money of a set of sr6500's and a four channel amp if I was wasn't going to get greater sq out of it.
