Well, my last design flopped after I got myself out of stupid mode and realized that I can't fit my subs on a side due to the height of my box. So, I designed yet another one (yes, the crappy drawing and pink paper is back). The "X's" mark where the subs will be placed, which are on top, and the port will fire out the middle of the back. I'm not too sure on how this box will perform for me but its getting to the point where I'm running out of options. BTW, I have everything else situated, so I just need to know if this box design will work for me or not?

As long as both subs are hooked to one channel then yes but from the look of your sketch your box will be tuned quite high.

Is that what you are going for?

You are attempting to up fire your subs right?

Yeah, I'll have a mono amp running them both. It's still a slot port, it just doesn't use any outer walls of the box. And it's going to be tuned to ~34hz (14.5 x 5.5 x 16.5 deep). Yeah, the subs will be firing up. The trunk of my car only allows me to do it this way, you have no idea how big of a pain its been for me so far to get a box design that works... but this one is looking hopeful :-)

Yeah. What is that bad or something? Ha I have no box building experience under my belt yet but I used an online calculator and that's what it gave me. Marshall gave me similar specs too
