yeah this question has came up many a time, i know.... if you hook a home sub up to a car amp, theres no difference except for the ohm load right?... you could get 2 8ohn svc's and wire them down to 4 ohms right?

yea... as long as it's all rated the same it should work..... but i wouldnt use a car amp... i would just buy a plate amp instead

it's an amp for home use.. call em plate amps cause they are flat.....

oh... well... sh@t.... i thought backwards

yea if thats the case... i would run the Home subs in parallel into a mono load to the amp
