I just got my amo back from getting it fixed. I want to instally it back into my car.

How do i adjust the Gain and Low Frequency and High Frequency on the amp on my own? any tips?

I have two 12' Infinity Subs and a Diamond Audio D7152 Amp.

if theres no voltage markings on the gain knob, then play a 50 Hz test tone with the gains turned all the way down, HU set 3/4 of the way up. adjust the gains up till you start to hear distortion or see that the sub seems to be moving too much. once you reach that point, turn the gain back a little and your good to go.

use the test tone for subs only. for speakers, play a good quality recorded track. do the same thing as stated above for the subs. be more careful with the speakers and go slow. they will be easier to blow then the subs.

or if you can get ahold of an Oscilloscope. check out the setting gains with an oscilloscope on www.bcae1.com
